Bohemian

(5% abv.)
Bohemian Pilseners are medium bodied, and they can be as dark as a light amber color. This style balances moderate bitterness and noble-type hop aroma and flavor with a malty, slightly sweet, medium body.

Stout
(5% abv.)
Initial low to medium malt sweetness with a degree of caramel, chocolate and/or roasted coffee flavor with a distinctive dry roasted bitterness in the finish. Coffee-like roasted barley and roasted malt aromas are prominent. Some slight roasted malt acidity is permissible and a medium-to full bodied mouth feel is appropriate.

Chocolate Stout
(5% abv.)
This is our classic Stout with Chocolate.

Light Lager
(4% abv.)
Light in body and color, American lagers are very clean and crisp and aggressively carbonated. Flavor components should be subtle and complex, with no one ingredient dominating the others. Malt sweetness is light to mild. Corn, rice, or other grain or sugar adjuncts are often used. Hop bitterness, flavor and aroma are negligible to very light. Light fruity esters are acceptable. Chill haze and diacetyl should be absent.

Munich Red
(5% abv.)
An old friend of Bavaria, Munich Dunkels are smooth, rich and complex, but without being heady or heavy. They boast brilliant ruby hues from the large amounts of Munich malts used, and these malts also lend a fuller-bodied beer. The decoction brewing process also lends much depth and richness. Bitterness is often moderate, with just enough to balance out any sweetness. Hop varieties used tend to be of the German noble varieties, like: Tetnang and Hallertau.

Pale Ale
(5.5% abv.)
Classic English pale ales are golden to copper colored and display earthy, herbal English-variety hop character. Note that "Earthy, herbal English-variety hop character" is the perceived end, but may be a result of the skillful use of hops of other national origins.

Maibock

(7.5% abv.)
The Maibock style of beer tends to be lighter in color than other Bock beers and often has a significant hop character with a noticeable alcohol around the same as a traditional Bock. Maibocks are customarily served in the spring and are oftentimes interrelated with spring festivals and celebrations more often in the month of May.

Doppelbock
(8.5% abv)
Doppelbock literally means "double bock" but it isn't really
twice the strength of traditional bock, only marginally
stronger. Doppelbocks are generally dark in color, from
dark amber to dark brown, though some pale versions
exist.

Blonde Belgian
(7% abv.)
Medium body. Somewhat malty sweetness, but medium-dry to dry finish. Medium hop and alcohol balance. Light spicy/earthy hop flavor. some candi-sugar sweetness. Light to deep gold color. Highly carbonated. Recent development meant to appeal to European Pilsner drinkers. Becoming more popular over time. A medium strength golden ale with Belgian complexity.

Imperial IPA
(8% abv.)
Imperial or Double India Pale Ales have intense hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. Alcohol content is high to very high and notably evident. They range from deep golden to amber in color. The style may use any variety of hops. Though the hop character is intense it's balanced with complex alcohol flavors, moderate to high fruity esters and medium to high malt character.
